Epoxy Flooring Service

Top Epoxy Flooring is a premier provider of epoxy flooring in Sun Valley, CA. Our epoxy flooring is intended to enhance the safety, appearance, and sanitation of both existing and new concrete slabs.

Our Process

• Top Epoxy Flooring starts an installation with an insistent diamond grind that cleans and prepares the concrete for an epoxy application. Out of concern for the quality of air and cleanliness on your residential or commercial property, we utilize a powerful industrial HEPA vacuum to get rid of concrete dust. Our vacuums and grinders are industry-leading models to assure efficient results.
• After that, we apply an epoxy which finds the cracks and holes in your concrete to methodically attach itself to the floor. Once the epoxy dries, this is mated to your concrete for life. After the application of the epoxy, comes the color coat. It is when your chosen texture, pattern, and color are applied. Lastly, a clear topcoat wraps everything to seal it and give protection from scratching and fading.
• By adjusting the strength of materials, the texture, and chemical composition, we install epoxy floors perfect for commercial, industrial, and residential use.
