I don't want to mention the name of the supplier who recommended the guys who did one of the most unprofessional jobs I ever saw in my life. The sad part is that they claimed they were using the best product and that they didn't do anything wrong, took the money, and disappeared. So we fixed the mess and gave the client what he wanted, a beautiful slip-resistant productive floor that will last for many years to come. THE RULE IS SIMPLE: "Do not treat others in a way that you would not want to be treated" Good luck with your new location 👊💪 @risepersonaltraining #epoxyfloordesign #metallicepoxyfloor #resinfloors #commercialepoxyflooring

Top Epoxy Flooring does a great job. They did our garage floor and it looks amazing. People at Epoxy are professional and friendly. Their crew arrived on time and finished the flooring on time. We highly recommend them.
Response from the owner:Thank you, Mike! The garage floor came out great and I'm glad the crew took good care of you. Since we manufacture the coating ourselves, you know exactly who to call if you ever need anything down the line. Enjoy the new floor!

This team was amazing to work with. We had some surprises with the concrete in our garage which they were able to handle without issue. Job was done clean and professional. We are very happy with our results.
Response from the owner:Thank you for the kind words Preston, we'll see you on the next project

I live out in Ridgecrest. I carefully searched for experts that would follow the correct process to ensure not just a great look, but a strong bond to the concrete garage floor. This is one of the companies that said that they would service my area. And I am grateful. The crew did an amazing job. Professional workmanship. They prepped the surface of the concrete properly before starting to apply any epoxy. They applied a nice even coating of flakes and a great finish. I'm very pleased with the results of their hard work. They also guarantee that it will bond properly, or they will make it right. They indicated that I can walk on it the next day and that I can expect it to be fully cured within the next four to seven days. At which time I can park my vehicle on it.
Response from the owner:Thank you, Timothy! You did your homework and we respect that - the prep and the process are exactly where most floors go wrong, so we never cut corners there. Glad the price felt fair too; manufacturing our own coatings keeps the middleman out of it. Enjoy the floor!

I rarely leave reviews and I usually only feel inclined to when the service and quality are exceptional. I reached out Top Epoxy on a Sunday, submitted basic information for a quote and on Monday, Erika called me, talked through what I was looking for, gave me pictures of other jobs for reference and helped answer all my questions with ease. She was ready to hold a spot for us as early as Wednesday but due to our schedules, we booked that Friday. The job was done in 1 day as she said and we were back to using our garage the next day. The efficiency, customer service from start to finish, and quality deserve 5/5 stars all the way. Thank you!
Response from the owner:Thank you, Janelle! Coming from someone who rarely writes reviews, this one means a lot. Exceptional service and quality is exactly the bar we hold our crews to, and we're glad your floor earned it. Enjoy it!

Guys went above and beyond and provided a high quality job and finish. Fair pricing and quality of work is stellar. Communication is also very clear, straight forward, and really just easy to deal with. I will definitely be recommending this company to others!
Response from the owner:Thank you, Mark! Fair price and a floor done right - that's the whole idea. Because we make our own coatings there's no middleman markup, and the crew takes pride in the finish. We appreciate you taking the time to write this. Enjoy the floor!

Amazing work. Enmer G and Alfonso G arrived right at the agreed-upon time (around 8am) and were done by the early afternoon. Left the area spotless and gave us tips on how to best let the epoxy cure afterward. Very satisfied.
Response from the owner:Thank you, José! I'll make sure Enmer and Alfonso hear this - on time, done by the afternoon, and a spotless garage is exactly how they like to leave a job. Follow those curing tips and that floor will look this good for a long time. Thanks for trusting us with it!

Top Epoxy was so easy to deal with, I got what I wanted and when I needed to delay the installation at least twice they moved it without a problem. They showed up on time, did all they promised to do. They cleaned up, took the trash with and left the garage looking absolutely amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend top epoxy for your flooring needs.
Response from the owner:Thank you, Martin! Life happens - rescheduling twice was no trouble at all, and we're glad the crew showed up on time and delivered everything as promised once the day came. Clean job site, no surprises. That's the standard. Enjoy the floor!
